At present, this fascinating place teaches you about the history and folklore of the Silesia Beskid area, and the museum which opened in 1964, apart from its permanent exhibition, presents also numerous temporary exhibitions.
The Beskid Museum neighbours also on the Wooden Building Enclave in Wisła, which includes: a former school building, a forge, a tenant farmer’s house with a smoking oven and a shepherds’ hut with an uncovered animal enclosure.
