The Botanica Spa is open:
Monday – Saturday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm,
Sunday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
All the treatments need to be phone-booked in advance.
Of course, sometimes it is really so that plans may change, thus, you can cancel your treatments free of charge.
If you can’t come to the booked treatment, please cancel it at least 4 hours before the planned visit was to take place. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the treatment value or PLN 50.
If you haven’t chosen any treatment:
Please come to the Botanica Spa 10 – 15 minutes before your visit and silence your phone before entering the Spa. Remember about filling in the questionnaire and prepare yourself for the treatment.
The Guests using SPA Botanica treatments on Sundays, after 12:00 pm for at least PLN 200 can extend their hotel stay up until 3:00 pm, depending on the hotel occupancy.
