*Guests following diets and with gluten intolerance compose their own meal from the breakfast buffet using the assortment of dishes served on that day. All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen; therefore, the presence of trace amounts of gluten cannot be strictly excluded. We do not prepare meals required for special diets in the following diseases: celiac disease, galactosemia, phenylketonuria, chylomicronemia syndrome.
