*Guests following special diets or gluten intolerance can compose their own meals at the breakfast buffet using the dishes available that day. All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen and therefore it is not possible to strictly exclude the presence of trace amounts of gluten. We do not prepare meals required for special diets for the following conditions: celiac disease, galactosemia, phenylketonuria, chylomicronemia syndrome.
