Every Wednesday at 6:00 PM - 7:45 PM we start an amazing show - sauna with a sauna master
Sauna package - 4 unique sessions for the body and senses! Each of them has different properties and affects the body in a unique way.
SESSION I - INHALATION A gentle beginning of the ritual that cleanses the respiratory tract and introduces a state of deep relaxation. We use natural essential oils that support breathing and improve well-being.
SESSION II - SMOKY The enveloping scent of burnt wood and herbs creates a unique atmosphere. Delicate smoke has a relaxing effect, deeply warms and introduces a state of blissful calm.
SESSION III - HOT The most intense stage! High temperature and dynamic movements of the sauna master cause the body to heat up intensively, the skin is cleansed, and the metabolism accelerates.
SESSION IV - CALMING An ending full of harmony. Subtle aromas and a peaceful atmosphere reduce stress, aid regeneration and prepare the body for deep relaxation.

How to use the sauna?
- Take 2 towels - one to cover, the other to sit on.
- Before entering - wash your body with water and soap, dry yourself, remove jewelry, watch, glasses and lenses. In the sauna – we enter without flip-flops, preferably without a swimsuit (you can wrap yourself in a towel). We leave the phone outside!
- During the session – we sit on a towel, remembering that the higher, the warmer.
- After the sauna – we rest for at least 15 minutes, we wash the body without soap.

Pregnancy, heart and circulation diseases, flu, infections, skin diseases, cancer, fresh wounds, alcohol
