The Head Spa* ritual is a Japanese care ceremony combining:

**Guests following diets and with gluten intolerance compose their own meal at the breakfast buffet using the assortment of dishes served on the day at the buffet. All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, so it cannot be guaranteed that the dish will be free of trace amounts of gluten. We do not prepare dishes required for special diets in the following diseases: celiac disease, galactosemia, phenylketonuria, chylomicronemia syndrome.
