**Guests following diets and gluten intolerance at the breakfast buffet assemble their own meal, using the assortment of dishes served on that day at the buffet. All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen and therefore it cannot be strictly guaranteed that the dish will not contain trace amounts of gluten.
